1. Purpose
These terms govern the contracting and use of dataprops services: the free CRM for developers and the paid data feeds for agencies.
2. Accounts
To use the platform you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity on your account.
3. Plans, prices and payment
The developer CRM is free. Agency services are provided through paid plans (Basic, Pro AI and Pro AI + Images) and optional add-ons. Prices shown are indicative and may include taxes as applicable.
Billing follows the chosen duration (monthly, quarterly, half-year or yearly). Duration discounts apply to the monthly fee.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or to publish data you are not authorized to use. dataprops may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
The data feed is licensed for the exclusive use of the contracting agency and its publication on the agency's own channels (website, portals and CRM). Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing or sharing the feed URL or its content with third parties outside the contract is prohibited.
To protect this license, dataprops monitors feed usage, including access IP addresses and download patterns. Regular access from multiple unjustified origins may be treated as evidence of unauthorized sharing and may lead to token rotation, service throttling or account suspension.
5. Data and content
The new-build data you enter remains yours. You grant us a license to process it to generate the feeds, AI descriptions and watermarked images needed to provide the service.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance with the least possible impact.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billed period. Periods already started are not refunded unless required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, dataprops will not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
